Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

A flat rate of shipping is calculated at the checkout depending on the types of products you are purchasing from us and the country you are shipping to.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO cannot be held responsible for these charges.

Orders and Delivery

We will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the despatch of your THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO Products. 
We aim to send out THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO Products within 5 working day after we receive an order, or (if an order is recieved by 12 Noon London time) on the day we receive the order; however this is not guaranteed. 
Unless otherwise stated, we use the UPS service for the sending and delivery of THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO Products; the total cost of your order will include a delivery charge.  Delivery times will vary according to how quickly UPS delivers; we recommend placing your orders early at particularly busy times of year (such as Christmas) to make allowance for delivery delays. 
We reserve the right to decline to fulfill orders for any reason, including any THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO Product which has been mis-published, such as its price or specification.  Orders are treated as offers which we are entitled to accept or decline.  If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you.
There is only one delivery charge per order. Replacement THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO Products will be sent out free of charge. 
We cannot arrange for deliveries of THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO Products to be left with a neighbour or similar requests; all deliveries must be signed-for at the delivery address you provide to us as part of your order.  Note that we cannot be responsible for orders which go missing after delivery.

Returns

We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our online store, please return the goods within 14 days (or inform us of your intent to cancel your order within 14 days, in accordance with Consumer Contract regulations.
 
Items will be refunded providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition and full packaging as when you first bought it,  and that you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.

Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we would advise customers to contact us as soon as possible. 

We do not accept returns on samples.

 

Canceling your order

You have the right to cancel your order for an THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO Product, starting from 14 calendar days following the first working day after the day on which you recieve it. You can cancel your order for an THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO Product during this time by emailing hello@leighbagley.com with a clear statement of your wish to cancel.

If you cancel your order during the 14 day cancellation period then you must return the THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO Product(s) to us at your own cost within 14 days of the date you cancelled. You must take reasonable care of the THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO Product while it is in your possession. If you cancel during the 14 day cancellation period and return the THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO Product in good condition, then you will recieve a refund. If you fail to return the THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO Product in good condition to us within 14 days, then you will be responsible for payment of the price of the THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO Product. If you require a refund on a discounted THE GRAPHIC PATTERN STUDIO Product, please note that you will be refunded the discounted price.
